Swimming is an enjoyable sport that exercises your entire body. Unlike other workout regimes that tire you, swimming helps you relax and doesn’t stress out your muscles. Consider taking a dip in the pool at least twice a week for a healthy body.

17. Early Dinner

Eating an early dinner will help your body digest the food and prevent fat storage. If you’re looking to stay healthy and fit, try eating your last meal of the day 2 or 3 hours before you hit the bed. To help fasten the digestion process, go out for a walk post your meal.

16. Don’t Smoke

You’ve heard this a number of times, and although it’s a known fact, the sooner you kick the butt, the healthier you’ll get. Non smokers not only live longer, but also look younger and are more active in comparison to people who smoke.
